Custom Environmental Housing - WVI uses our unique capabilities to interface with existing housing manufactures as well as state-of-the-art machine shops to solve a particular problem. We have modified COTS housings to protect IR camera and designed custom housings for long focal length zoom lenses. By offering the best quality and using the most appropriate manufacturer's equipment, WVI provides a complete integrated solution allowing us to be competitive in the Government Markets. We have provided enclosures rated from dust-proof to sealed/pressurized housings protecting cameras from smaller than 2-inches cubed to 3-chip color cameras with 2,200mm zoom lenses.
Custom Remote Control Systems - Once again, WVI uses our capabilities to interface existing CCTV remote control components and making to solve a particular problem. We have modified control systems to control +/- DC and servo long focal length zoom lenses, actuate range extenders, enhanced presets to list a some capabilities.
Custom Cable Assemblies - Custom camera, zoom lens, pan/tilt and accessory control cables can be manufactured to meet your specific system requirements. Cables are constructed to length, connectors installed and environmental potted when appropriate. We can supply bulk cable material and loose connectors for your CCTV system components.
System Design - Western Video professional's, with a combined experience of more than 70 years in the design, specification, integration and support of camera systems, can assist in the expansion of existing systems as well the design of new systems. WVI can assist you in the system design, selection of equipment as well as supplying a completely integrated tested system.
